VoiceConnect provides hands-free communication throughout your home directly to the Security Networks Monitoring Center ? without the use of a telephone. The security system has a speaker and microphone that allows audio monitoring and two-way conversations with Security Networks monitoring personnel upon activation of an alarm.
VoiceConnect is only initiated by you at your home. Your privacy is always maintained, as activation is originated by you or your security system upon alarm signal. When an alarm is activated Security Networks receives the emergency signal and begins the audio monitoring process. Our operators will ask if you need help and request your password. Either by listening in or speaking with someone at the premises the operator will determine if an emergency condition exists. In the event of an actual emergency, the proper authorities will immediately be dispatched to your home resulting in faster, higher-priority response. Continuous communication is maintained and any new information can be relayed to the responding authorities while in route to your home.
